When you open a bank account at the ABN AMRO, they will pay your entry fee.

The Student Association

Since 2002, CEMENTi has been the study association of the School of Governance and Law at Saxion Universities of Applied Sciences.

The academy exploits five studies:
• Governance
• Law
• Interdisciplinary Safety Studies
• Management Economics and Law
• Social Legal Services

Since 2008, CEMENTi is also part of The Academy of Human and Labor and the study Personnel and Labor.

The name CEMENTi has its origin in the constructed language Esperanto and means: “ making a strong unity.”
The association organizes several study related activities such as: excursions, guest lectures, courses, workshops, symposia and debates. There is also time for pleasure like: introduction weekend, gala, parties and informal parties.
Study association CEMENTi aims to make your study just a bit more interesting than it already is. We try to realize this by putting theory and practice together in for example excursions and (political) debates. Because of the diversity in studies, attempts are being made to organize interesting activities for each study. Everything is organized by fellow students who, of course, know what is interesting for the specific studies.
Next to the study related aspiration, CEMENTi also tries to bring students together after school. By organizing (informal) parties, members get the change to meet fellow students in a non working environment and expend their network.

The main goals of CEMENTi are:
• Create added value to the studies of the students.
• Raising interest and creating awareness for the courses that can be followed at The School of Governance and Law
• Promoting the involvement of members in the studies.
• Promote the relationship between students in The School of Governance and Law.
• Representation of the interests of the members within The Academy of Governance and Law.
• Providing activities concerning the points above.
